Job 2061 Part 2 or Part 3 RIBA Architect - Bradford

My client is an expanding architectural practice in Bradford who are currently recruiting for an experienced ARB Architect or a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their ambitious and talented team.

The practice has been operating for over 12 years with an established client base working in a variety of sectors such as Residential, Mixed-use Commercial/Retail, Community and Education.

Qualifications/Requirements to apply:
*solid work experience in construction & architecture (especially in the residential sector)
*Strong organizational, creative & presentation skills
*Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit

*Have relevant architectural qualifications

*Able and confident liaising with clients, consultants and contractors

*Able to manage projects from conceptual design to completion on site

*Must have permanent residency in the UK and be local to Leeds/Bradford

Salary circa £34,000 to £38,000 depending on experience. Bradford location. Full time flexible hours to be negotiated.
