When you submit a CV or other personal information directly to us or through job boards, this may include sensitive personal data. In view of the fact that you have included it, we will consider that you have given us explicit consent to use the information for the purpose of finding you a job and this data will be passed to interested potential employers. We will give you the opportunity to limit its use to a specific job vacancy or other vacancies you ask us to find. We will only retain the data with your consent and for purposes you agree, including future marketing. You may request us to delete such information at any time but we may have a legitimate reason to retain some or all of it for legal and other purposes.
There is very little personal detail which we hold about clients and this mainly relates to contact details and roles within a firm. We will obtain your consent to communicate with you, news or other information which we think may be of benefit to you and for forwarding candidate CVs on a speculative basis. You may withdraw from our marketing lists at any time.
Other data will be used and held where you voluntarily provide this in connection with our services.
Storing Your Personal Data
We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is processed and stored securely. Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet or email is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
