Director and Owner -
Father to two daughters. Educated at Bradford Grammar School. Professional experience prior to Rapport – 15 years experience in financial industry, having worked in marketing, underwriting, personal banking, shareholder services and customer relations.
A founder member in 2004, initially involved in developing our marketing strategy, market research and databases and is now responsible for overall recruitment. Free time is spent around family. Interests include music, Australia, computer games and supporting Bradford City Football club and Bingley Bantams Supporters Group.
Recruitment Manager -
Born in 1967, educated at Bradford Grammar School. Started in general recruitment in 1989 moving to one of the large technical recruitment firms in 1995, becoming Leeds branch manager in 1998.
Was involved in the setting up of Rapport but left to work in a different recruitment sector and rejoined the Company in July 2019.

Company Secretary -
Ian took early retirement in 2004 to assist in the development of the Company. His experience has been built up working at senior manager and director level with international, national and local firms in the risk management, insurance, banking and public utility industries.
He continues to retain consultancy connections in these areas.
Family and business take a lot of his time but also very interested in computers, travel and Bradford City Football Club. Committee member of Bingley Bantams Supporters Group.
